I'm looking for info about the Smart car, soon to be available from your local Mercedes dealer in Canada.
I've been to one dealer and although he was nice and helpful, he didn't know too much about the product.
The questions I asked were;
do any trims offer
- tilt and/or telescoping steering wheel? (my wife is short)
- height adjustable drivers seat?
- adjustable head rest (up/down)
- lockable area in the car for a laptop or similar?
What are the hourly maintenance costs? Will we pay the same as a Mercedes owner?
Do you offer leases, if so, what is the rate?
Do you offer purchase financing, if so, what is the rate?
Also, my insurance company, Traders, has no idea what it will cost to insure a Smart car. They are doing research on the subject...
Anyone have some ideas to all these Smart questions.... :-)
