Am approaching 55,000Kms on 3/60,000km Warranty. Will soon be bringing to dealership for extensive check-up. Would there be any items that are of particular importance that I or our service technician should be aware of ? Am thinking strongly on adding extended warranty.

If it's not too late, do get the extended warranty; the manufacturer's extended warranty only. Have him check the tranny oil coolant lines to the radiator, the tranny oil itself, the A/C unit as they leak often and power steering hoses.
