It sort of looks Mazda3 - ish.

With the rear-end of a Daewoo Lanos and some TSX front-end action.
I'm pretty sure this will be the European version and not the N.A. version.

Corrado!?
I think you need more than coffee.
The Corrado is muscular while this car is kind of whiny...

VW's feel amazing to drive, have incredible vehicle dynamics, but - and it's a big but - they are terribly unreliable, a real shame, considering their prices. Give me Japanese or latest Korean any day.

True, true, yes, still expensive and yes.
But like you said, lovely to drive. Just change the car every couple of years...
Profile reminds me of Prius.

Profile reminds me of Prius.
There's a thought. It could be they designed her with a hybrid version in mind. Hence the aerodynamic emphasis in her sheetmetal?

That makes tons of sense although the Civic was already quite aerodynamic.

That can not be the next generation of the Honda Civic!!!! It`s probably a Honda car that is slated to go into Euorope or something. Does Honda make certain cars for Europe only?
Anyways, I love HONDA but that car is ugly. In my opinion. I see a Ford Focus Hatchback stretched out.
And the rear visibility of this car is going to be terrible. No way! This can`t be next CIVIC!

I'm pretty sure we won't see this version on our roads.
What's more is that Canada won't get the SiR for 2005 but the US will...
