Typical VW dealer? Family has had four VW's from the same dealer. Awaiting arrival of new Passat I had to pay for a rental car from them for 2 weeks. No demo, courtesy car or even a used car offered. Owner said that would cost him money and seeing how the car was sold for $800 over invoice I should understand. Of interest... the car was sold for much more than $800 over invoice as I have now learned which makes the $800 statement a lie. Also found at later that the owner made a mockery of the request for something to be done other than having to pay for a rental car buy wanting too demo a snowmobile from now until 2008 ....
Another beauty was the fact that the rental had to go back at my inconvenience because the license reg stickers expired during the rental period. Oh yeah they can't even order in the correct snow tire size for the car........
