i hear humming or like something spinning in a escort, like coming from the rear right wheels. Especillay when i coasting(i dont' press the accelrator)

the car makes a lot of noise inside?
is this true of fords of that era.

Does anyone know how much it would take to fix a transmission light that shows the gears at night time?

It could be a wheel bearing or a tire problem. I don't recall Escorts being this noisy.

Contact a Ford dealer or your corner garage for the light. I'm pretty sure it is a simple fix.
