2006 Honda Accord Special Edition (SE) in Canada

Folks,

Looking to buy a new 2006 Honda accord SE before March 31st to get the incentives ($1455 gas card & 3.9% finance).

But litereally confused with how low should I go from the $27,500 MSRP.Some sites say u can go as low as $3000 -$4000 minus MSRP. Would like some advice!!

The break down is as follows

base price: 27500
PDI/Freight: 1310
AC tax: 100
Gas tax: 75
GST/PST: 4347.75
minus gas card :$1455

Total : $31877( To be financed)

Did u buy it, if still waiting, buying car is like buying any big ticket item. do ur home work, shop arround and get the deal that suits you.

When buying cars - always negotiate from the dealer invoice rather than the MSRP.

Accord S.E. is a model that i bought few years ago, it had Alloy rims which were very attractive. all other systems were from D.X. models.

So S.E. is a name on rhe back of car which makes it look better than D.X. L.X. and E.X, so watch for what the car has and not the sign in the back saying S.E.

In my opinion an S.E. should come with leather interior, alloy aluminium rims, V. Tech engine, four wheel disc brakes, and more.

After all the name "SPECIAL EDITION" means special model or one of a kind.

Honda is very smart car company and knows how to make quality cars.
