The latest news on gas prices from The Arizona Republic (http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/business/articles/2008/07/11/20080711biz-talker0711.html). And they say that gas prices are gonna go down anytime soon...

Gas prices still are painfully high, but in Arizona they have stabilized in the past month after a sharp run-up that set records nearly each day from mid-March through late June.

The state average of $4.08 per gallon is down a penny from last week but still $1.18 more a gallon than a year ago, according to AAA Arizona. That's $23.60 more per 20-gallon tank full.

Phoenix prices are $4.10 a gallon, flat for a month and down from the record $4.14 set June 20. They are even with the national average.

The highest prices in the state are in Flagstaff, with an average $4.24 per gallon. Tucson is lowest, with a $3.83 average.

Do you guys still think that the price of fuel has any hope of coming down?
