Default No quality or service in Dodge.

I drove my new Dodge for 30 minutes and put on a 17 km. Back in for service. It was electrical problem. It took a day to find the problem. It was a broken connector. When I called Dodge customer service they could not give a shit. They kiss your ass to buy there product as soon as you take delivery they don't care. Take my advise buy an import.

Yeh, get an import and they won't even honor the warrantee, just ask all the Hyundai owners, heck even the other Asian makers are very good at blaming everything on the owner. My experience has shown that Ford is probably the best at standing behind their cars, even if the problem occurs well after the official warrantee period has expired. Had a computor go on a Taurus with 210,000 kms and they replaced if for free.

Let's not talk about Ford  , thery are as bad as the rest of the american makers. The last american car I owned was a Ford the tranny went at 42,000KM, but it was 5 years old. The dealer and Ford would do nothing for me .

Heard alot of bad things about Hyundia, but the mainstream Japanese companies are great. I have had Nissan and currently own a Honda and an Acura, nothing but praise for all.

Back from the dead this post is?

Gather 100 random car owners in a room and ask them what their service experience with their dealer. I can almost guarantee that just about every make will come up, even Honda and Toyota...

just thought it involved an important issue. many don't understand how warranties can work or not work. warranty is one of the reasons that ford owns such a big chunk of mazda.
