Default 95 Firebird - Right turn signal

Question: I can turn on my right signal and it will begin to flash on the dash. It will flash twice sometimes three, and then hold. It will not work any more. Is it a fuse? Can I fix it myself rather than go to a garage?
Information is appreciated - thank you.

Default ref signal

Go to canadian tire and buy a turn signal relay. You will find yours located in the fuse panel inside the car under the dash on the drivers side. Just pull it out and insert the new one.

Good-luck
