Does the left turn signal light (on the dash) still blink 'on my right' - in this deluxe version?

The Cobalt uses the Ion platform but is much improved according to Bob Lutz. When I drove the 'great' redline I was suspicious that some of the good parts are copied in this Ion version.
Or better yet has the Ion itself been improved for the '04 or '05 model years? Saturn Canada can't answer that question but is forwarding the query to the engineers. Then the light weight of som 2500 pounds in the brochure was quoted as 2900 plus in a road test. What gives. I thought is wa the lightness that made the handling and performance so effortless. And why is it so hard to get tech info on American vehicles. Saturn says they try to tune in to the consumer, but do they have to catch up in execution what they have already achieved in good intentions. |
