New SM Engine Oils

When getting your new 2005 or 2006 car, the new API SM rated oils will be required. The star burst symbol is a standard that is the minimum for petroleum based motor oils. If you know what to look for on a lable, you might be suprised to see that its abscence does not preclude inferiority to others that do.
