LEMON-AID buyer`s guide by Phil Edmonston

I just picked up a copy of the 2004 SUV, VANS and TRUCKS LEMON-AID buyer`s guide.

Have any of you ever heard about it. It`s great..it tells you all the inside sccops, scams and advertising tricks that dealers use. It contains valuable information on every car manufacturer warranty. Most of all, he lists all the possible defects as well as favourable traits of all the SUVs on the market.

In a nutshell, he says that MERCEDEZ, BMW and other European SUVs are full of problems.

If anybody has a question or wants to know information on a particular SUV just post it here on this thread...and I`ll be more than happy to look it up and tell you what to look out for.

If anyone is looking for used car information, the Lemonaid book by the APA is certainly the most complete guide out there.

I happen to have a copy... I used to work at the APA and I participated in the research and writing for the book.
