Default whats the best newer diesel car for biodiesel?

im a newbie,

im trying to get something thats has a reliable engine, and with room. like a wagon or smaller suv.
I've been reading about vw's wagons... found negative info about the reliability of the engine
jeep liberty..? some negatives

any other suggestions or input would be appreciated!

Well, diesel engines are usually very reliable. VWs have build quality issues, but their TDI engines seem ok.

We don't know yet how the diesel engine in the Liberty will be, but I'll bet it will outlast any gasoline engine otherwise offered on that model.

A Jeep might not be the best solution, however, the money you save on fuel will be overcome by higher maintenance costs... I've never owned a Jeep, but I've heard that their maintenance is expensive.

What do you need the space for? Kids, cargo, towing?
