Ford E450 Van with 7.3 diesel, no maintenance manual

I just bought a 1999 Ford E450 Cube Van with 7.3 diesel, no maintenanvce manual was supplied. ( I know, I can get one from the Ford dealer :roll: )
the nearest is over 100km away.

This van has 80,000km on it.
For now I would like to hear from any other E450 owners on the following,

1. Parking brake..its a single drum type mounted on the rear of the auto transmission. Need to know how to adjust it ?

2. Oil leak from either the rear main bearing seal or the pan gasket or drain plug ? Anyone had this problem ?

3. What is the oil change interval... I was thinking 5000km but since its a diesel perhaps longer ?

4. Engine stalled on a steep downhill road...then no power braking or power steering, had to shift to neutral and restart on the run.
This has only happened once in 2000km, luckily the van was empty but
this could be dangerous when loaded.

Any information would be helpful.
