WHAT TYPE OF OIL IS USED TO TOP UP SUPERCHARGER IN 2002 BUICK REGAL 3.8 V6

This is a very very sensative issue. I STRONGLY suggest that you look into your owners manual or contact your GM dealer and make sure you put the exact amount of the exact product. Not too long ago, these superchargers were very fragile when it came to lubrication. I remember a few stories of major meltdowns and many $$ spent on needless repairs.

thanks bought the GM SUPERCHARGER OIL $6.00 for 120 ml but would like to know what type of oil it is does not say on the bottle

I really could not tell you and the service guy probably could not tell you either...
