Hi guys,
I've been thinking in buying an used car, and I reduced my option list to this 2 cars: Mazda Protege SE 2000 (1.6) Hyundai Sonata GL 2002 (2.4L) Which one do you recomend me? I know the jap is a sure buy, but what about the corean? Is this Sonata good enough? I mean, for the same price, you can get a Sonata fully equiped plus a Tiptronic gearbox!!! Is there anything wrong with this corean? Thanks all of you for your comments. |

Sonata's are now pretty good, don't know about older ones, low resale. Have you considered an Accord or Civic? They are both proven cars, reliable, fun to drive and have good resale. The Korean's are catching up in quality fast....But I would get anything 4 or 5 years old checked out by a mechanic that YOU pick out.
