Default Idle problems help meeeeeeee.........................!

Hey been working on an idle problem(for 2 months now) for my 1993 DOHC 1.6l Asuna Sunfire and this is what I've done to solve it(with little success!)O.K. I've replaced; spark plugs, cap and rotor, about 8 vacuum hoses(that needed replacing cracked and one was completly clogged!), plug wires, K&N air filter mounted on air intake, replaced battery couplings,(new battery) New timing belt 5,500 km ago, cleaned the air intake with intake cleaner, put AC Delco cleans in the tank, adusted the idle screw(a few times), O2 sensors seem fine my mech says, cleaned the coil post(the metal on it was completly corroded now it shines) I've heard that the ECU for this year/model had probs, there was a coating put on at the factory that when hot it shrunk the circut board and gave the car an irradic idle!!! The symptoms are when driving the car after accelerating it either stays at 2,000 RPM or 1,500 if I gun the engine it comes down and idles at 950 where it should be!!! But first it searches a little first down to 100RPM and then sets itself back up till the next time...When hot it needs gas to start when cold no problems!!!(the notice on bill's izusu page talks about this ECU ) Am I going in the right direction? There seems to be a fuel smell after starting cold and hot! I'm thinking an injector is plugged!!! Is it ECU? Injectors? or something that I'm over looking?
