This is a very vague description.

Have you checked if you have spark? Do you have fuel pressure?

Why did the belt break? Was it old? Did a pulley seize? Do your other pulleys (alternator, water pump, cam, crank) move?

If your accessory belt broke, it is possible that you have drained your battery and that it is not strong enough to get the engine to turn over.

Good luck and keep us in the loop.

checked timing belt - fine

- Is the timing OK? Distributor? or belt (may have skipped a tooth)

If I recall, you have recently bought this car. Have you done an oil change?

If you have enough fuel pressure, a strong battery, good spark and air, I am at a loss as to why it will not start. A No Start condition is often difficult to diagnose. It could be a faulty air-flow meter, a faulty ECU...

Default Try

changing all your vacuum hoses and checking your plugs cap and rotor? you could have a blown block, is your oil a milky color? If so it could be your coolant is leaking into your cylnders! Not good! Also try your fuel pump relay fuses? could be blown or your pre pump located in fuel tank! Check all fuses also! BTW there is NO 91 ASUNA SUNFIRE ONLY 1993!
