Water powered cars

Has anyone looked into converting there car to water powered? Does it really work? I came across a few websites where you can buy conversion kit manuals. I'm thinking of trying it on my winter car to see how it works. Below is the most promising site i found. I saw it in Popular Mechanics Mag.

I really don't buy these water for gas products. There are lots of them hanging around the internet. Though the conversion looks real promising, I don't really think you can save up on these types of products.
