RSX Rims on GSR w/5-lug

I just picked up a set of RSX "blades" to go on my 5-lug Integra GSR. Unfortunately, the ring on the rotor is just a little too big for the hole in the rim.

I was told by a tire shop (when went to have new rubber put on) that I could have it machined, or I could drill out the hole a little myself to make it sit flush, but I'm not sure I want to go that route.

Does anyone else have experience on this?
