Default Mountain out of a Molehill

This whole scandal is crazy. In any organized race series(Nascar, ALMS, IRL etc.) race control would have told Hamilton and Trulli where they should be and if they didn't get in the right position they would be black flagged. Only F1 with its crazy structure finishes a race with nobody knowing who placed where and turns it into a scandal. The sanctioning body should not have to ask drivers where they should finish. If you'll pardon the conspiracy theory, the FIA has it in for McLaren and will slam them on any occasion. Last year it was totally overlooked by the FIA that Stepney worked for Ferrari, not McLaren. If this had been Massa instead of Hamilton, the decision would have been made in Ferrari's favor and that would have been the end of it.
