Red Light
They stopped making it. If they brought it out in a hybrid, it would have been a best seller. Finding performance parts later or even parts in general may be difficult in later years due to its short life.

Yellow Light
Don't use the factory tires if you plan to drive on dirt roads, rocks pop them easily. I used a heavier duty all terrain tire that has helped a lot. But the size they have is difficult to find, not many choices. For very heavy towing, the rear springs tend not to hold up the rear end, they are a little too soft.

Green Light
The perfect truck I've been looking for. I need to tow up to 7,000lbs, carry 7 people, and get decent gas mileage. This is the only one I could find that fits the bill! I love the quality of it, the performance is excellent. I have brought this off-road to remote camping sites without a problem. It feels like it fits me like a glove.
The quality of Kia as of 2007 has done nothing but climb and are reaching for the top, I believe they will make it there!

Review:
Finding an all-around vehicle to meet so many requirements is not easy. While I may be in the lower end of the buying spectrum, why eliminate choices all together? My only other option for a replacement now is the new Dodge Durango. I need to tow 7,000lbs, I need 4x4 for off-road driving, I need to seat at least 7, I need good gas mileage, I need reliability, I need comfort and convenience, I need safety, I need it to be affordable (under 40 grand). The list of vehicles that meet all those criteria is very slim (about zero). I plan on keeping my Borrego foor many more years then until one can come along and match or beat it which is doubtful to happen.
