Land Rover : Past & Present
In 1947, the Wilks brothers built for Rover the first-ever Land, which they presented at the 1948 Amsterdam Auto Show. Successively owned by BMW and Ford, the brand was sold to Indian auto group TATA in March 2008. A total of 24 dealerships carry Land Rover products, including the full-size RRange Rover, Range Roversport as well as the smaller LR2and LR3.
