Pricing starts at $24,098 for a Frontier XE 4x2 King Cab, which features a 2.5 litre four-cylinder engine, five-speed stick, and a handy set of rear hideaway doors ideal for pets, children or cargo. Heated mirrors, cruise control, tire pressure monitoring and air conditioning are all standard.
Shoppers can add a 261 horsepower four-litre V6 engine, automatic transmission and four-wheel drive transfer case with low-range gearing as needed. A PRO-4X off-road model is available, as is a luxurious and generously-equipped Frontier LE for truck enthusiasts after a taste of the motoring high-life.
Frontier offers a 6,500-lb maximum towing capacity and fully-boxed frame on all models -meaning it’s ready to work, too.
Inside, Frontier offers plenty of storage, flexible seating and cargo arrangements, and a multi-level centre console and organizer. A powerful Rockford Fosgate stereo system can be specified alongside a Bluetooth wireless phone interface, navigation system and auxiliary audio input.
