On April 1st, the 2015 New York Auto Show will feature the global debut of the completely redesigned 2016 Kia Optima, which will replace the 5-year-old third generation. Two sketches of the new model have been released.
While the Kia Sportspace concept in Geneva hinted at the future styling direction for the Korean automaker's midsize car, fans and media in the Big Apple will get to see the real new Optima in production form.
The 2016 Kia Optima's on-sale date has yet to be announced. Moreover, we don't know whether a wagon variant will be available in North America as the Sportspace concept suggests. Stay tuned for further details including technical specifications.
