The 2010 Toyota RAV4 Is On Sale At Toyota Dealers Across Canada Today

(TORONTO) – There’s never been a better time for Canadians to get behind the wheel of a Toyota RAV4. With significant upgrades made earlier this year that added five new two-wheel-drive models, plus a new, more powerful yet more efficient 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine, there’s a 2010 Toyota RAV4 for everyone. Now, for the first time on a Canadian RAV4, the 2010 model offers a stylish Sport Appearance Package that removes the spare wheel from the rear door.

The Sport Appearance Package, available on the 4WD V6 Sport RAV4 model, includes an exclusive look with a redesigned rear door featuring chrome accents and no spare tire. The package equips the RAV4 with run-flat tires. Other external cues include a chrome exhaust tip, rear trunk chrome trim and unique badging. With a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $34,635, the all-new Sport Appearance Package includes:

Run-flat tires instead of the rear door-mounted spare tire and cover;
Unique red badges;
Eight-way power adjustable driver’s seat;
Leather seat surfaces;
Heated front seats;
Simulated leather door trim;
Chrome exhaust tip and rear trunk chrome trim;
Chrome inner door handles and interior trim;
Cargo mat;
Tire pressure monitoring system.
