Auto manufacturer Mitsubishi will premier its i MiEV concept at the 79th edition of the Geneva International Auto Show from March 3 to 15, 2009, at the Palexpo conference and demonstration complex in Geneva. The small, electric vehicle is currently being tested, and the manufacturer is studying its feasibility. Shoppers, however, will only get their first glimpse on March 5 when the Auto Show opens its doors to the general public.
Mitsubishi hasn't yet decided on a release date for the European market. The automaker is currently taking the market's pulse and conducting studies to determine consumer reaction to its little electric vehicle. The Mitsubishi i MiEV is the Japanese manufacturer's latest technological achievement. The subject of a marketing campaign in Japan, New Zealand, the U.S. and Europe, it is currently being tested. Consumers will see it zip by on Japanese roads this summer. Photos: Mitsubishi
