Scion will reveal its concept vehicle at the New York International Auto Show on April 20, 2011, the company announced today.

In typical fashion, no other details were provided by the Japanese automaker. However, all signs point to the Scion variant of Toyota's FT-86 II.
In February, Toyobaru.net disclosed information which had remained secret up to that point. Sources said the production FT-86 would be sold under the Scion brand as the 'FT-S'.
Apparently, they were correct. All you have to do is to compare pictures of the FT-86 II with the video featured on the Scion Dimension countdown microsite.
