The Hyundai Santa Cruz, a pickup concept that debuted at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, will enter production and hit the market in 2017, The Detroit Bureau reports. An official announcement will come sometime before the month of April.

It will be just one in a series of new crossover-based models for both Hyundai and its new Genesis luxury brand.

The future Santa Cruz will directly rival the Honda Ridgeline, GMC Canyon, and Chevrolet Colorado. According to Guide de l’auto, it may use a gasoline engine rather than a diesel like the concept. Look for 5-passenger seating in a 4-door cabin.

Further details will be available in a few weeks. We’ll keep you posted.
