The new Motorsports Nissan TITAN XD Pro-4X Project Truck is featured at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show. Based on the Pro-4X model, it utilizes an array Nissan Genuine Parts and Accessories including a sliding bed divider, sliding bed extender, rear bumper step, tailgate guard, and polished exhaust tip.
Furthermore, aftermarket companies provided Nissan Motorsports with off-the-shelf and prototype parts such as an ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension system, Rigid Industries front grille with camera mount and light bars, N-Fab front bumper and rock rails, EGR fender flares and sport bar, Method wheels, and Hankook tires.
Under the hood is a 5.0L Cummins turbo-diesel V8 rated at 310 horsepower and a hefty 555 lb-ft of torque, mated to a heavy-duty 6-speed Aisin automatic transmission.
Also on display in Chicago is a Super Black Nissan TITAN Pro-4X Project Truck. Nissan Genuine Parts and Accessories featured here include a bed box, rear bumper step, tailgate guard, step rails, LED fog lights, and a custom front grille with black inserts.
Among the long list of project modifications are a Prototype Nissan Motorsports Lift Kit (1.5" front/1" rear), Prototype NISMO TITAN Cat-back Exhaust System, meaty Hankook Dynapro ATM 285x55R20 tires and Trifecta tonneau cover.
Instead of the Cummins engine, this model uses the 390-horsepower 5.6L Endurance V8 with a heavy-duty 7-speed automatic transmission.
