Maranello, Italy, - The 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa (chassis number 0714TR) put up by Canadian auction house RM Auctions sold for €9,020,000 (around $14,432,000), a new world record for a classic car.


The Ferrari plant, where the 22 Testa Rossas bodied by Scaglietti were born, was the stage where the mythical car surpassed BY 1,980,000
($3,168,000) THE record set last year at the same location.
