Volvo's S60 sedan and XC90 SUV models are offering shoppers the single biggest cash incentive they've ever applied to the pair.
Regardless of the trim level, the XC90 will benefit from up to $10,200 in cash rebates- including $7,200 from the current Currency Cash Rebate, as well as a $3,000 loyalty bonus that's available to existing Volvo owners.
If a safe and stately sedan is more your cup of tea, the S60 is available with a savings of up to $7,000 in cash rebates as well. This is comprised of a $5,000 Currency Cash Rebate as well as an available $2,000 loyalty bonus.
The incentives are intended to benefit potential shoppers who choose to make monthly payments as well. Volvo says that an existing XC90 customer could make the upgrade to a newer model and save as much as $122 per month. S60 shoppers, similarly, can save up to $146 per month.
Peter Johnson, VP of Sales and Marketing for Volvo Canada says "it's simply the most money we've ever put on the table for these vehicles. For existing Volvo owners, the deal gets even better as it can be combined with our newly-hiked loyalty bonus program for even greater savings. The great news is that all of this money can be applied to the price of a vehicle regardless of whether the customer chooses to purchase with cash, lease or finance."
This S60 and XC90 account for about 40 percent of Volvo's overall vehicle sales.
