Subaru announced it will bring two re-styled stalwarts to the New York Auto Show: the 2013 Outback and 2013 Legacy.
The Outback will feature a new, higher-powered boxer engine, second-gen Lineartronic CVT, redesigned front styling and a smoother, quieter ride thanks to chassis enhancements.
The Legacy too will feature a more powerful, more efficient boxer engine, and revised suspension for a smoother, quieter ride. In addition to the new 2.5L 4-cylinder engine, the Legacy will offer a 3.6L 6-cylinder.
Both models carry new convenience and audio features, and are the first to offer available EyeSight driver-assist system with pre-collision braking, pedestrian detection system, lane departure and sway warning, and adaptive cruise control.
These, like all Subaru’s, will come equipped with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive.
