The Hyundai Veloster is barely a few months old and already is making some serious waves. As if the "regular" Veloster wasn't enough to generate interest in the brand, Hyundai has now unveiled the Turbo.
The magic "T" word infuses more life into the 3+1-door hatchback. Now rated at 201 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque, the Veloster Turbo's specs have equalled or surpassed all current hot compact cars. Transmission choices are between a 6-speed manual and automatic. Don't think that fuel consumption will be hurt as a result of the boost in power. The car is rated at a tad over 6.0L / 100 km on the highway.
