Injured in a crash at Spa last Sunday, Richie Stanaway will miss the remaining races of this season.
After his car was launched over the back of Carlos Huertas’ machine in race 2, the Kiwi suffers two broken vertebrae.
"I will need three-to-six months to recover from my back injury," Stanaway said. "Unfortunately that means I will miss the rest of the race season. Disappointing obviously, but at times like these I'm just happy that with the type of injury I sustained that I will make a full recovery".
