AFS Racing/Andretti’s driver Sebastian Saavedra was the fastest driver of the second day of practice at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with a speed of more than 221.526 mph aboard his Chevrolet-powered DW12.

The Sarah Fisher Racing duo of Bryan Clauson and Josef Newgarden, showing once again their speed, completing the top three.

Ganassi's Scott Dixon and Dale Coyne Racing's Justin Wilson rounded out the top five.

Canadian James Hinchcliffe was 9th and Alex Tagliani was 21st.
