Pros: The 2015 Honda Odyssey is arguably the best-looking minivan on the road today. We also like the fact that it drives like a car. The 3.5L V6 under the hood is a joy to work with. No wonder it's the reigning Minivan of the Year according to Auto123.com!

Cons: The price goes up pretty quickly as you add all the bells and whistles. The front seats lack support. Also, as our colleague Miranda Lightstone points out, there's a large gas tank to fill.

2015 Honda Odyssey Price: The Odyssey comes in seven different trim levels ranging from the base LX at $30,250 to the fully loaded Touring at $48,310. Standard features include a driver’s seat with 8-way power adjustment, dual-zone manual air conditioning, HandsFreeLink bilingual Bluetooth wireless mobile phone interface with text message function, an 8” i-MID (intelligent Multi-Information Display) TFT display, a rearview camera, and 7-passenger seating with One-Motion 60/40 split third-row Magic Seat.

2015 Honda Odyssey Fuel Economy: Official ratings for the Odyssey are now 12.3L/100km in the city and 8.5L/100km highway, which represents a 10.6L/100km average.

Improvements and Changes: None except the adjusted fuel ratings.

2015 Honda Odyssey Powertrain: The 3.5L SOHC V6 engine produces 248 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque through a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Odyssey also benefits from Active Control Engine Mount (ACM), Active Noise Cancellation, and Variable Cylinder Management technologies.
With the proper equipment, you can tow up to 1,588kg.

Cargo Capacity: The generous cargo area can swallow 846 litres of gear. Folding the third-row seats triples the capacity (2,636 litres), while doing the same with the second-row seats gives you enough room to load a MINI (4,205 litres).

Safety: The 2015 Honda Odyssey cares a lot about occupant protection. ABS, brake assist, vehicle stability assist with traction control, and a rearview camera all come standard. Advanced systems like blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, and forward collision warning are available on upper trims.

Comparing the 2015 Honda Odyssey: There are very few traditional minivans left on the market. The short list also includes the Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, Toyota Sienna, and Kia Sedona.
