Canadian pricing has been announced by Kia for its new 2018 Kia Rio 5-Door sub-compact car. The car, first unveiled for North America in Montreal early this year and currently in the process of arriving at dealerships across the country, will be priced starting at just $14,995 for the manual-transmission LX trim, and will feature some surprising standard equipment such as heated front seats and steering wheel and a rearview camera.
Six trims of the 2018 Kia Rio 5-Door will be available to consumers in all, counting the different transmission set-ups. Kia is promising improved driving dynamics in the newest edition of the popular small car, as well as improved styling, increased cargo space and a stronger frame thanks to 32% more advanced high-strength steel being used than in the previous model.
Here is the pricing as announced this week for the new Rio 5-Door, for each trim and either manual or automatic transmissions:
