Here's another model that was given a nose job at one time, and paid the price for it in terms of an unkind response by consumers and critics. As a result, only two years later, Subaru made the wise decision to revisit the front end of its SUV. You might say that, ultimately, the botched nose job of 2006 marked the beginning of the end of the model. The Tribeca (which lost the B9 designation in the 2008 redesign) was eventually retired in 2014.
