Mr. Mahmoud is an energetic businessman with a profound sense of responsibility. He gestures to the other gleaming sedans and limousines garaged in an east-end warehouse, "People ask, how to you do this. I tell them if you put effort into it, you can get what you want. If you wait for a pay cheque and it's gone by Monday, then you'll never do it. I say, follow me, see what I do and you'll know how to do it. I'm always out working.
