It has received an increase in output to 240 hp from 225 hp. The "S" receives a 280 hp 3.2L H6. Known for impressive braking prowesses, Stuttgart has installed even larger discs on the 2005 Boxster. It is even possible to get fade-resistant ceramic brakes installed as an option.
