Hyundai looks at a bigger share of the mid-sized sedan with a freshened 2008 Sonata .As for its predecessor, this Sonata will be available with four- and six-cylinder engines. Hyundai's second-generation Theta four-cylinder engine will debut in the 2008 Sonata. It should deliver 175 hp. A five-speed automatic transmission will replace the four-speed automatic of the current model.This Sonata will be built at the Hyundai assembly plant in Montgomery, Alabama.
