As all the spies were scrambling to get the photos of the masked coupe, we hope we were able to get the best look yet of the
2009 Scirocco .
Sadly, even though we shot this here in the North America, it doesn't appear as if
Volkswagen 's new rocket will be sold here.Based on the
2006 Iroc Concept , this 4-passenger coupe will likely be powered by the Golf/Rabbit engine lineup, with an optional 200-horsepower 2.0-liter FSI turbocharged I4.The Scirocco is expected to reach the European market for the 2009 model year.
