2013 MINI John Cooper Works GP: Paris preview

By ,

Mini is keeping its promise: the MINI John Cooper Works GP , which will be limited to only 2000 units, will enter production before years end.

Thanks to its powerful 1.6 liter 4-cylinder, 215 horsepower engine, which is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, this is the fastest and sportiest MINI ever. Witness the outstanding 242 km/h top speed and its 6.3 second 0-100 km/h performance.

The metallic Thunder Grey JCW GP comes equipped with standard fog lights, xenon headlights, and 17-inch alloy wheels. As of today, there has been no information as to its price or Canadian market availability. The diminutive sportster will be previewed at the Mondial de l'auto de Paris, from September 29th to October 14th.
