Mazda Miatas/MX-5s
It’s hard to believe that this little Zoom-Zoomer is 25 years young.
OK, so Mazda hasn’t done much with it in the last few years, save for a retractable hardtop with a different colour, a special edition, and a few modern-day creature comfort upgrades. Then again, do they have to? The pint-sized, Guinness Book of World Record-holding rear-wheel drive was proudly displayed, along with a host of various MX-5s from the last quarter century.
Even the car from the 1989 Chicago Auto Show debut was present. It might not be new news, but this roadster is still as relevant today as it was back in the day.
