2021 Lexus LC Convertible: 10 things Worth Knowing In a car that sells in the six figures, there are always a host of things to watch out for. Here are 10 of them

By ,

5 - Lexus's touchpad

Despite its elevated price and an undeniable level of refinement, the LC isn't perfect, and because of when it was conceived, the model is saddled with a blemish in the form of Lexus’ touchpad, which provides access to the multimedia system's functions. It’s something you eventually get used to, but that means there’s a period required to get used to it. Not so great. Why do we have a hate on for it?  because it's just really imprecise. In the cheaper UX or IS, we can be more forgiving, but the LC is in another price league. You shouldn’t find such a swing-and-a-miss in this kind of car.

6 - Rich materials

Fortunately, there’s plenty of ways to take you mind off that touchpad. Namely, just look around you. This is an environment with tons of high-quality premium materials. Plus, the quality of assembly is clearly superior. You know that when you find a suede mini-comforter on the dashboard above the instrument panel, you’re not at the wheel of an ordinary vehicle.
