7 - An advanced suspension system, and more recycled components
The control units of the E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL system analyze the driving situation and adjust the suspension a thousand times per second.
In addition, more than 98 kg of components made from resource-saving materials are used in the S-Class. The number of components with recycled content is 120, more than double that of the previous model. A further 40 kg of stuff are made from renewable raw materials.
8 - Even more space… and light
Compared to the previous model, elbow room for the driver has increased by 38 mm and up to 23 mm for the rear passengers. Rear roof clearance has increased by 16 mm. The resolution of DIGITAL LIGHT per vehicle is more than 2.6 million pixels.
