A sneak-peak at Mazda's upcoming Kazamai Concept

By ,

A few weeks ago, Mazda announced that a new concept will be unveiled at the Moscow International Auto Show. The Kazamai is a compact crossover that lives up to Mazda's Zoom-Zoom tradition, offering a very dynamic driving experience. The company also promises high levels of safety.
Yesterday, the first official images of the striking Kazamai were released. The lines perfectly embody the new design language at Mazda, called " Nagare ". The profile is extremely sleek and flowing, with the front end reminiscent of the Furai Concept that was introduced at the 2008 NAIAS in Detroit . It will no doubt appeal to young consumers thanks to massive 22-inch alloy wheels. This crossover will also use an all-wheel drive system, a direct-injected engine as well as an all-new transmission. Mazda says that the powertrain of the Kazamai combined with the low-slung, aerodynamic body and light weight make for outstanding fuel economy. Complete details on the new Mazda Kazamai Concept will be made available on August 26 as part of Media Day at the Moscow auto show. photo: Mazda
