Abarth celebrates speed and rebirth at Geneva

A year after the re-birth of the Abarth brand, and they're hitting the show floor at Geneva for an exciting public launch and celebration of what's to come. It's a special year for Abarth, and the company will display its latest technologies and achievements alongside some historical successes.
500 Abarth
The Swiss show will be the setting for the public launch of the 500 Abarth, a performance-tuned version of the award-winning Fiat model. The sport-optimized 500 will combine performance oriented driving with the latest technology used for safety and engineering.The company's upcoming racing season will be promoted at Geneva as well. This year's motorsports starts with the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, which will see a pair of Grande Punto Abarth S2000s driven by factory drivers Giandomenico Basso and Anton Alen. The machines will also compete in the Italian Rally Championship later in the year.Sticking to tradition and success in motorsports with 'small but wicked' cars, Abarth will celebrate their new driving school as well. The school will teach young drivers the best practices for safety under instruction from famous Italian rally driver Sandro Munari.The Geneva Motor Show opens March 6th.
