Audi recalls 850,000 A4 models all over the world

By ,

Audi has announced a recall on 850,000 A4, A4 Avant and A4 Allroad vehicles built since late 2011 because one of the front airbags may not deploy during a crash due to a software failure.
A company spokesman said that 250,000 affected units are found in China, and another 150,000 in Germany. No word about Canada.

Audi is currently looking into “fewer than 10 incidents.” The results of the investigation will be made public within the next two weeks.
